San Francisco’s own DJ MC2 is back!!

DJ MC2 was born with a tone-arm and a love for dance music, and started DJ’ing at a very early age in the clubs and bars of Hawaii. Upon moving to San Francisco, DJ MC2 has established himself as a major player in the club scene, playing to packed dance floors throughout SF, as well as captivating large crowds with his dj sets at PRIDE 2015: Pink Party in The Castro, PRIDE 2015 Main Stage Civic Plaza with The Monster Show, California’s Great America (Pride Night: Memorial Weekend 2013), Bill Graham’s Civic Auditorium, Folsom Street Fair & Castro Street Fair, and NYE 2015 Grand Opening of SF OASIS . By cultivating the perfect energy with foot-stompin’, head-boppin’, body-rockin’ party beats, his audience can’t help but move their feet …and dance!

We have been waiting for this at The Spirit of the Circuit, and we’d like to give DJ MC2 a warm welcome!

A veritable explosion of freak décor and public perversion guarantees a sell out event – advanced tickets are advised!

Exhibiting a sharp underground musical taste, 2016’s edition marks the Bay Area debut of Tuff City Kids, a supergroup formed by German electronic music legends Lauer and Gerd Janson. Dance therapy will also be in the hands of the Honey Soundsystem DJs, Roi Perez (Tel Aviv), and Lena Willikens (Cologne).

All are welcome and encouraged to attend. Dress to undress – gear, leather/fetish, drag, and kinky costume strongly encouraged.

Get your freak on!

Folsom Street Events Presents: ROUGH – The official closing party for Up Your Alley Weekend!

Rough_May11

With the announcement from P. Tyrone Smith that his signature event PLAY T-Dance would be on hiatus this year, Folsom Street Events (FSE) took this opportunity to plan a new party, ensuring that an event of equal caliber could fill the closing party slot. With Mezzanine solidified as the venue for the event (just a short walk from the Up Your Alley fairgrounds), the promise of a full weekend is at hand. ROUGH will be a part of the weekend’s indulgent activities. Unlike other signature FSE parties, this event will not feature a play space.

DJ/Producer RUSS RICH and PAUL GOODYEAR will headline as the evening’s sensational talent, mixing throbbing, pulsating beats all night long. An amazing laser and light show with a sensational decor set-up will transport you to another dimension in other worldly debauchery. This party is expected to sell out fast with a crowd of over 1,000 hunky leathermen. Get ready to get rough on the dancefloor.

-You must be 21 years of age, or older, to attend this event.
